Iabler currently offers shipping to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside the United States.

We work with third-party logistics partners to prepare, process, and fulfill orders.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, and other transportation circumstances may affect delivery.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for eligible purchases.

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

Opening the packaging or briefly trying on eligible wearable accessories does not automatically disqualify an item from return.

Products should remain reasonably clean, undamaged, and suitable for return, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.

After receiving return authorization, customers have 30 calendar days to ship the item to the designated return address provided by customer support.

Return shipping responsibilities are as follows:

  • Change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect customer selection: The customer pays the return shipping cost.

  • Confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect item: Iabler covers the applicable return shipping cost.

  • Restocking Fee: $0.00.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after return approval.

The payment provider or financial institution determines when the issued refund appears in the customer's account.

For personal-preference returns, original standard shipping charges are not refundable. For qualifying full-order returns caused by confirmed seller error or product defects, the original standard shipping charge will also be refunded.
